If this was a #systemsfailure, not #piloterror, then the #issue would be bigger than one flight. It is about #aviationsafety, #accountability, & the lives of millions who still fly.

When a Western pilot makes an error, it’s labeled a “complex human factors” case study. If that same UA B767 incident had happened on an Air India flight, there’d be thousands of racist comments about “Indian standards.” The West conveniently ignores its own systemic issues while pushing a superiority narrative. Hypocrisy at 35,000 ft. #DoubleStandards #Aviation #AirIndia #UnitedAirlines #PilotError

United Airlines Pilots Experiment With High Speed Toll Booth Bypass NEWARK, N.J. — In a stunning display of navigational creativity, the crew of United Flight 169 apparently decided the standard glide slope was more of a polite suggestion than a rule. While descending into Newark, the Boeing 767 took a detour through the local infrastructure, managing to smack a light pole and a bakery truck on the New Jersey Turnpike. One has to wonder if the cockpit crew was so busy fighting over the last drop of coffee or perhaps engrossed in a particularly juicy true crime podcast that they forgot the highway is for cars and the runway is for planes. The driver of the H&S Bakery truck received a very literal "air mail" delivery when a massive landing gear tire decided to introduce itself through his windshield. It is a miracle the only thing scattered across the turnpike was shattered glass and perhaps the pilots' dignity. While the plane eventually lumbered onto the actual runway, the NTSB is now stuck trying to figure out how a professional flight crew managed to confuse a congested toll road with a landing strip. As the pilots are sidelined for some much needed remedial training on the difference between asphalt and altitude, the rest of us are left wondering who was actually monitoring the approach. Maybe next time they can stay high enough to avoid the morning commute. It is certainly one way to ensure your passengers get a close look at the local scenery before they even hit the gate. The comment section is open for those who want to offer these pilots some career or life advice. If you have a favorite pair of glasses to donate to the cockpit or a link to a "Landing for Dummies" handbook, drop it below. Do you think the crew was trying to skip the bridge toll or were they just really craving a fresh loaf from that bakery truck? Let us know if you think they should trade their wings for a bus driver license since they clearly prefer the Turnpike anyway. #AviationHumor #PilotError

Every accident has two stories. The one you hear… And the one the human mind was actually living in the cockpit. This episode breaks that gap. Cognition. Misjudgment. If #piloterror is the #defaultanswer, we must ask why #transparency is treated as #optional. Demand a #SupremeCourt–monitored probe, an independent #CBIenquiry, & immediate publication of #FDR / #CVR summaries (redacted).

Absolutely infuriating: The Citation 550 crash that wiped out Greg Biffle & his family? Piloted by Dennis Dutton (ex-USAF, cargo vet) who NEEDED a qualified second-in-command per his cert—but flew with his unqualified son Jack (single-engine only) & others. Illegal from takeoff. Rookie-level negligence killed 7. #AviationFail #PilotError

A senior French naval commander has clarified that the Rafale losses during the recent India-Pakistan aerial clash were not caused by any technical flaw in the aircraft. Instead, he attributed the setbacks to errors made by Indian pilots during the operation. His remarks have sparked fresh debate across defence circles and social media, as India officially denies losing any Rafales. You are so correct: After the last hearing there is little chance of @indSupremeCourt granting the PIL plea. The court has hinted that as long as there is no “PilotError” insinuation in the @MoCA_GoI AAIB FINAL REPORT: it will not interfere in the subject matter.
Capt Shakti don't be optimistic writing on wall is clear, knowing how our system works forget about court of enquiry
