Why pulleys give such different results in terms of load applied. In my gym I use for pushdowns ca 32kg, here 46kg felt very doable. Barbell doesn’t do such thing.

Pushdowns. Pushing involves tricep contraction while while Pulling involve bicep contraction.

I'd say all pushdowns. You're starting at a position where the weight is closer to your center body mass, and then extending the elbows which pushes them further from center body mass Something like lats, you're starting position is further from the body to start and your PULLING it closer to your center body mass But, whatever you call them doesn't matter so long as you do them right!

Its Tricep rope pushdowns or pulldowns? I would assume pulldowns but google is saying theyre called pushdowns

Standing/bent over rows: too much isometric load on erector spinae. Tricep pushdowns: overhead tricep extensions are better in every way. Plank: got boring once crossing the 5-minute mark.

Truth. The triceps is roughly two-thirds of your upper arm, so if you want sleeves to fill out that's where the size you need is. Biggest mistake I see is people only hammering pushdowns. You need an overhead movement too, since the long head only gets a full stretch when your arm is up over your head.
