In June, I was diagnosed with two kidney stones, a 5mm & 7mm 😭 after a lot of messing about, three weeks ago I finally had surgery and spent another 2 weeks with a stent which was so painful. Now I'm done and ready to run again soon..finally feeling my old self!! #runnerprobs

I attempted a coffee and a read while Em did her netball practice. Weather was so good that I went home and grabbed my running gear. I really do not know how to taper #RunnerProbs

Unfortunately the stubborn kidney stone appears to still be around almost two months since it started...sadly, in the next week I'll need to go back to have them lasered 😭 no running again for me 🤦🏼♀️ #ukrunchat #runnerprobs

Well I thought about going for a run this morning. But I’m still not feeling it. And my sleep has been so affected by this whole thing getting up early did not feel good. I’m still trying to emotionally regulate. Maybe this week I’ll go to run club. 😣 #runnerprobs #summersucks
