One of the biggest changes I've made the past 2 years is to limit how often I ask for volunteers - "Raise your hand if you have the answer" Instead, using the 5 Practices, intentionally calling on Ss to amplify their voice and thinking. #SCMath @mccchr @rhoste76 @mr_chembell
