"full workup" that we do: spatial transcriptomics, snRNAseq previously, proteomics and immunopeptidomics, intratumoral and peripheral immune cell profiling, full drug screening for efficacy, and then we have other stuff I am trying to get going because immune approaches to cold low tmb tumors is 99% of the time extremely retarded and oncologists who can't accept that are the worst
