#alexmurdaugh #statementanalysis “I tried to take, I mean I tried to do it as limited as possible, but I tried to take their pulse on both of them.” Alex Murdaugh tells us ‘preserving a crime scene’ was more important than giving aid to his own family.

This segment is a masterclass in Triangulation. By pitting a "Hero Immigrant" against "Social Media Threats," Question: Is there any physical evidence for this panic?. Video appears to be a narrative built on Strategic Omission. #Cronulla #MediaAudit #StatementAnalysis

I'm grateful to be a guest on the Character Analysis podcast. We unpacked Luigi Mangione’s words: his manifesto, letters, and journal entries. The conversation explored how language reveals intent, ego, and possible manipulation. Thanks to the team for the thoughtful conversation. youtube.com/watch?v=yW9Rp_T5… #statementanalysis #CharacterAnalysisPodcast #languageinvestigation

I have had lots of offenders over the years begin or end sentences with "as far as I could see," a phrase often inserted in attempt to exculpate and remove responsibility for what followed. #DVAwareness #DVHomicide #DVAlcohol #StatementAnalysis
From the evidence, below is what happened to John O'Keefe, IMV: *Karen Read had fought with John all day via texts about their relationship (texts) *John finally agreed to get together (texts) *Read joins John late (video) *Read and John are both outwardly getting along (video/testimony) *Read and John are drinking excessively (video, admissions, BAC computation) *Read and John are invited to Brian Albert's house (Friend of John, although not a close friend) to have a drink and celebrate Brian's son's birthday. *A small group (less than 12) of friends and family gather at Brian's house in celebration of his son's birthday. *John and Karen drive there but on the way, they get turned around (perhaps because they are both drunk) and Jen McCabe (Brian's sister-in-law) helps give directions to John and Karen but mentions the name of one of John's past girlfriend's whose house is near, as a landmark. (Cell data/testimony) *Read loses it and they start fighting. Read is jealous and doesn't want him around other women (texts and testimony) *John exits Read's car, grabs her glass and has his glass (evidence of glass at scene/ Read's statements/Testimony) *Read is jealous and boiling angry that John doesn't want to be with her and would rather go to a party with people he doesn't know well (Read's statements) *She throws her SUV in reverse meaning to hit him but not kill him. In her drunk state, her judgement is a hot mess. She wants to hurt him because she is angry and hurt. (Vehicle/Phone data/Read's statements) *She knows she hit him, but thinks he will get up. He is tough, after all. He is big and strong. She only "clipped" him. "HE DIDN'T LOOK MORTALLY WOUNDED." Read drives away. (Read's statements/vehicle data/cell data) *Read later returns to see if he ever got up. Read is starting to worry because John is not home. She drives by and sees he is still there. (Waiting on this car data) She calls Kerry Roberts at 5 AM sharp screaming John is dead. (Testimony backed by phone logs) *Read also calls Jen McCabe frantic talking about her broken tail light and hitting him (testimony, Read's statements, physical evidence and video of tail light, cell data) *They drive by the house where John lay dead in a driving blizzard and somehow Read sees him and jumps out, pulls his shirt up and lays on him. She doesn't call 911. (Testimony, call evidence) *Read then has a breakdown, terrified that she killed John and realizing she is culpable for taking his life and that she is likely going to jail. (Testimony/Evidence from the hospital) *Read gets attorneys and the made-up coverup is born. Lies are spun, others are blamed, and a puppet blogger is incentivized to flood SM with the concocted story. (texts) So many lives have been ruined because of a selfish, jealous, and drunk girlfriend. I common refrain, but this time, the domestic violence offender had Money. #KarenRead #KarenReadTrial #KarenReadTrial2

👑 “The Authentic Role Model” ➡️ Meghan Markle’s Mask Slips in Extremely Disingenuous New Podcast ⤵️ youtube.com/watch?v=7gjZOvwC… 🍿 🤔Martin Decoder (YouTube) provides a linguistic analysis of Meghan Markle. #ForensicLinguistics #Linguistics #LinguisticAnalysis #StatementAnalysis 🔥 ✨AI SUMMARY ✨ The video is a critique of a podcast episode featuring Megan. The critique highlights Megan’s perceived immaturity, inflated sense of self-importance, and lack of self-awareness. The critique also questions the authenticity of Megan’s portrayal as a role model and her self-promotional content. Megan’s podcast reveals her tendency to mask personal struggles as general issues and use groupthink rhetoric for self-serving purposes. Her business tactics, such as seeking advice to indirectly ask for money, highlight her lack of genuine interest in others’ opinions. Despite her claims of success and sacrifice, Megan’s actions and statements, including her comparison of failed projects to miscarriages, showcase her immaturity and lack of understanding of true hardship. The text criticizes Meghan Markle for using groupthink rhetoric and portraying herself as a courageous role model. It highlights her self-serving behavior, such as using fictional references to describe her life and leveraging her platform for self-promotion. The text also questions her authenticity, particularly regarding her portrayal of motherhood and her interactions with others. The speaker criticizes Megan for creating self-promotional content that audiences find uninteresting.

Why not just say "no evidence"? Liars always feel the need to reinforce their statements with unnecessary words. Such as, "yes, and that's an emphatic yes. #statementanalysis #dupingdelight #dunningkreuger
