Interesting! Very rare AML subtype. Despite usually co-ocurring FLT3 mutation, FLT3 inhibitors don’t seem to be active.

Jennifer Marvin-Peek presents an indirect comparison of the triplet ivosidenib (Ivo) venetoclax (Ven) azacitidine (Aza) vs doublet regimens in patients with IDHT1mAML ineligible for intensive chemotherapy.
Improved outcomes were observed with the triplet regimen compared with Ivo Aza and Aza Ven doublets, including improved OS and higher CRc rates. These findings show a treatment benefit of the triplet, and suggest use of Ivo as a backbone therapy for patients with this AML subtype.

Right although I have anorexia binge purge subtype I binge 2-4 times a month at MOST it’s because I never fast after a binge or fast ever and eat 500 below my tdee on bed rest and take maintance weeks slow loss is most sustainable

The dsm5 or icd will give u the professional comparison however, the ana criteria is symptoms for 3 months, it’s possible for someone to go from one to the other! Or they have ana b/p subtype, they mainly restrict, have a v low bmi but do also b/p
