@Zoho has announced a new update to
@ZohoOne aimed at addressing common challenges small businesses face with scattered apps, multiple logins, and security gaps. The update expands native integrations so data and permissions move more safely across tools, with features like smart offboarding, device management, and encryption working more consistently between Zoho and third-party apps.
@ZohoDirectory now plays a larger role, giving administrators more control over identity and access from one location.
The update introduces several new integration types. Unified integrations allow businesses to build and monitor automated data flows without extra software. Foundational integrations include a Unified Portal that brings multiple app dashboards—Zoho or otherwise—into a single, customizable screen. Pragmatic integrations support automated tasks such as domain verification, reducing manual steps. Outcome-based integrations help manage complex processes, including a Smart Offboarding workflow that centralizes data transfers, device handling, and account security when employees leave.
While some teams relying on specialized third-party software may not see full benefits, the update aims to provide small businesses with a more secure, consolidated system that reduces maintenance and simplifies daily operations.
