#TermsOfUse #2FA #FraudShield #riskManagement

The AI Agent is given its own DID, and can be is issued a VC (with reference to the trust registry in termsOfUse) It can then validate this VC up to a Root of Trust using @FraunhoferISE 's TRAIN, to show its accredited under a governance framework!

In case anyone still cares, I filed complaints with Twitter regarding the terms "liberal f**k" and "f**k you" with a middle finger in comments here, and Twitter says that those comments comply with its terms. What a cesspool. #Twitter #TermsOfUse #TwitterIsProProfanity

Who is censored versus promoted makes it clear that the platform is being administered with an absolutely biased approach. So much for #FreeSpeech and #termsofuse

Hitting "Agree" ain't enough! Are Terms of Use just clickbait? #TechTalk #SocialMedia Remember downloading that new app? Hitting "Agree" without reading the Terms? We've all been there. But the Facebook whistleblower case shows they matter more than we think! Should platforms face consequences for violating them, like in the FB case? ⚖️ Let's discuss #Termsofuse #accountability #userRights

6/ I think from here on I’m just going to show the BuzzFeed Inc (Entity lookup) screenshots and deal with the article contents later. I need a break.. So the emphasis of this thread is “GOOD GRIEF, JUST START LOOKING AT THESE PARTS OF ANY WEBSITE: #IdentifyTheEntity. (I DNR if I’ve used that # before, but if I haven’t (might have used it in the plural),I should’ve. You have to want to know specific kinds of information and start looking at it to understand, I believe, how important it is to understanding the world we are operating in, off-line and on-line. Well, really only 3 more to show there. Anyone can go to the “About Us” and read it (also recommended) but I’m showing you that in (Images 2 & 3 here), most news organizations will show you their sections, features, and advertising-related items. Not “Our Financials” (If public-traded, maybe an “investor relations”link or such). The first images shows you. Other companies it (or a related entity) is also in. #TermsOfUse (“TOU”) and “UserAgreemts” are good places to look, parts of the window frame of any website which will show more about the “what” behind all the “About Us” and “We are” — including whether or not the word “We” is accurate. Most times, it’s not if ANY entity is involved.

(Third start within the hour) @ProtectParents @CynthiaMisfud @RealSarahvernon (part of this will relate to UCIrvine & #JamesProchaska (d. 2017, famous RI Psychologist) #ProChangeSystems_Inc #JaneKStoeverJD & #EndFamilyViolence_UCI_edu #EndFamilyViolenceInitiative) & #BehaviorModification as an (inter)national obsession: ~~ “Beyond #Britney: Abuse, Exploitation, And Death Inside America’s #Guardianship Industry.” #BuzzFeedInc 09/2021,@ProtectParents 8/11/23, @LetUsGetHonest soapbox comment by retweet (sic), 8/15/23 #Media #TermsOfUse #EntityAwareness #NationalGuardianshipAssn Before any comment on the article itself (Still considering whether to thread it or blog-post it, or thread then link to a blog post, etc.), a few words about how and why I do this, and why my annotations are going to look sloppy, when it comes to the handwriting: 1. I often challenge myself speed-wise on how long it takes to look up a single business, or process a single article (with media-entity or platform lookups too) as opposed to how long it takes to present it for public. 2. I’ve taken to (for my own purposes, but it may help some others, and for basic teaching idea), taking the birdseye view of my own “Photos” (where screenshots get saved these days), and outline ones that relate to a single look-up, LABEL them for how long it took and perhaps content, using screenshot date & timestamps. 3. Because I am still trying to stay incognito/anonymous (as to connecting my username with my legal, individual, person) for personal safety reasons which — guess what — relate deeply to this topic of guardianship (and various versions of it which, FYI, can be JSUT as controlling without the protections that recommended changes here seek to set up, i.e., federal standards, more training, etc.). 4. For reason 3 above, most times on most screenshots I have any intention to post, I have to manually go to upper left corner and black out the timestamp (not the date) because that reveals my current time zone. It’s a big deal. And when doing screenshot gridmaps, if I’m not careful, it tends to display my geographic location, too. The system likes to do that, just “keep things organized” automatically I guess. .. 5. Using stylus (and my device is never on a flat, horizontal, stable surface such as one would write on, hard copy) but ALWAYS up at an angle for ergonomics, that’s definitely NOT a situation for the best handwriting and fine-motor control when marking things up. At this point, I don’t care. Speed matters more than precision calligraphy or elegance. If I choose to insert text widget — more time. ALL of it takes SOME time to present, and often (because I am by now pretty fast at both the look-ups (finding an entity on a state business registration database) and marking up those screenshots, and at reading through an article for content — fast — it often takes almost as long to prepare a thread for here as to do the original lookups. If I chose to instead upload those screenshots to Wordpress (my blog), it’d be even longer; it’s never an automated process, and captions are essential for later look-ups on my Media Library there, etc.
