Was @grok in the audience? “The @X post by @JohnRDallasJr highlights @FareedZakaria speaking at @BardCollege’s 2026 commencement and recommends watching the video clip urging graduates to practice #metacognition on human intelligence (HI). • In the May 2026 address, Zakaria acknowledges AI’s rise but shifts focus to HI, stressing irreplaceable human traits like empathy, wisdom, and creativity that technology cannot replicate. • Dallas, CEO of @EnclaveAcademy, offers his ThinkToThink™ reminder framework as a way to strengthen personal thinking skills and counter AI distractions through daily metacognition—on both human and artificial intelligence.” —Grok #ThinkToThink™ more thinkingly about your thinkingness. Come to think of it.™ bard.edu/news/fareed-zakaria…
Don’t miss this spellbinding video clip of Fareed Zakaria delivering at @BardCollege an impassioned plea to graduates—and all assembled—to engage in #metacognition about #HI—human intelligence. #ThinkToThink™ to offset AI distractions to focusing on strengthening your thinking.

Understanding the mind, Is not necessary in order to transcend it. You can bypass the mind, And operate solely through the heart, To dissolve the illusion of separation. However... to understand the mind, Can facilitate disidentification with it. You disassemble the ego/mind's hold over you. You are liberating yourself from its clutches. The mind mentalises... It enjoys its own thinkingness. Thoughts beget more thoughts. Once you feed a thought, it attracts another thought. Transcendence is not in thoughts, its beneath them. The mind also dramatizes... When cooking up its narrative, One of its core ingredients is, Drama. Lots of it. The more, the better. That way we are never bored. It's not a pinch, nor a dash. Dump it on. A generous heaping of drama. Let go of the need for things to be exciting. 👉How you observed your own mind mentalising? 👉How you observed your own mind dramatizing?

How humbly curious are you about new research suggesting the brain’s ability to #multitask? • Note if @X algorithms “know” about the depth of your level of #curiosity and bring to your attention this post. • Note if you’ll patiently read this post’s preamble and/or click the link. • Note your thinkably thinkable thinkings, #thoughtings, and thoughts about #multitasking—your willlingess to metacognitively engage in multithinking thinkingness, #thoughtingness, and #thoughtness. Published abstract curated by @EnclaveAcademy into “sight-sized” sentences—to function as microlearning metacognition ignition keys: “Object category learning is a foundational cognitive process. Most human category learning studies involve brief paradigms lasting a few hours and show increased shape tuning in visual areas and task-dependent responses in pFC. Other studies also identify a ‘frontal bottleneck’ that limits multitasking. However, real-world categorization often involves months or years of practice, potentially producing qualitative shifts toward automaticity. We tested the hypothesis that extensive training causes a spatio-temporal shift in the neural circuitry supporting categorization. Participants were trained over >30,000 trials across 5–10 weeks to categorize novel morphed car stimuli via a mobile app. We used fMRI and EEG rapid adaptation techniques to examine neural responses after initial learning (∼4 hr in 1–2 weeks) and after extensive training (∼16 additional hours over another 4–8 weeks). Converging fMRI and EEG results showed that extensive training fundamentally remodeled task-related circuitry: Visual areas in ventral occipito-temporal cortex (vOTC) were initially shape-selective, but category-selective responses emerged in the vOTC after extensive training. The vOTC also showed decreased functional connectivity with the pFC and increased connectivity with motor output areas. This supports the hypothesis that extensive experience enables category decisions to occur outside of the ‘frontal bottleneck.’ Critically, the decrease in connectivity between vOTC and pFC was associated with improved categorization performance while dual-tasking, indicating increased automaticity. These findings demonstrate that prolonged training reshapes the neural basis of categorization, shifting it from a flexible but attentionally controlled process to a more streamlined, automatic process.” —@mitpress #ThinkToThink™ with “MIT metacognition,” as we at @enclave_center strategically refer to layers of particularly industrious rigorous “thinking about thinking”—for higher-order thorough thinking (HOTT). @MIT continually illustrates for the world ways higher-order thinking (HOT) isn’t HOTT enough. Summary from @NeuroscienceNew: “A new study has shattered the long-held scientific consensus regarding the human brain’s capacity to engage in true multitasking. The study demonstrates how the brain physically remodels its underlying architecture after extensive experience to automate learned tasks. By utilizing functional MRI (fMRI) and EEG technologies, investigators proved that continuous training forces complex processing tasks to migrate out of the bottlenecked prefrontal cortex and into the temporal cortex, bypassing executive deliberation entirely and leaving the frontal networks clear to handle parallel operations.” #ThinkToThink™ more metacognitively as you click for key facts and particularly robust reporting: neurosciencenews.com/true-mu…

“We Really Can Multitask New Brain Study Finds Research suggests the brain can rewire itself to do two things at once.” —@WSJ To #multithink is to multitask. Multithink your way through to the link. Metacognition the whole is called, the #neurospatial wholeness of “thinking about thinking”—ideally to improve optimal outcomes of your mindful higher-order thorough thinking (HOTT). With the attached article from #TheWallStreetJournal, higher-order thinking (HOT) isn’t HOTT enough. Thinkingly think thoroughly through these thinkable thinking-and-doing things. Thoroughness is your sovereign thinking thing to do. Einstein taught how the human brain visually and wordlessly thinks its #thinkings—in a possibly immeasurable quantity of specific measurements. The brain’s mind moves a percentage of what’s “seen” into liminality’s wordish #thoughtings—then crystallized worded thoughts. Thinkingness, #thoughtingness, and #thoughtness are HOTT thoughts. Metacognitive #multithinking and multitasking are evolutionarily normative, I unscientifically argue. To ignite microlearning curiosity among thinker-doers about metacognition’s mechanics and mysteries, #multitasking I call a multithinking and #multidoing way of thinking and doing. Did I hear an “Ouch?” Did that recursively illustrated thinkingness sting your brain a wee bit? “No brain pain, no mind gain,” we meaningfully quip at @enclave_center. Invite (i.e., permit) your healthy brain to #wordlesssly see—and your agile mind to #wordishly-to-#wordedly experience—this article’s reported ways science supports the above nonclincal context that’s purposefully illustrated by @EnclaveAcademy. Transformation is constant as change is ceaseless. Quote curated into impactful sentences: “The transformation that’s coming is going to take place in the world as it is familiar to us today, and every single day will feel familiar. And there’ll be tiny, tiny changes along the margin. There’ll be tiny bits of automation along the margins. Time is always in the mind’s hyper-recent past. Your ability to ThinkToThink™ is in the past, present, and future. Metacognition skills are required. Dr. Einstein’s visualized “wordless thinking,” and his dismissal of time’s validity, energize, inform, and challenge every thinker about better thinking. Metacognition skills give humans—and “our” AI #thinkbots—layers of ways to accept and operationalize #Einsteinian views of the unviewable. Move your wordless thinkings through wordish thoughtings into worded thoughts. Since #Einstein did what he could to avoid time’s toll on his thinkingness, use your own visualizing skills to activate wordless, wordish, and worded ways to fuel your own: • Thinkingness, • Thoughtingness, and • Thoughtness. Metacognitively mindful thinkingness, thoughtingness, and thoughtness yield our best effort-thinking’s #thinkings, #thoughtings, and thoughts. Best effort-thinking (BET) is your best bet on outcomes. Metacognition is “thinking about thinking”—to strengthen and improve #thinkingness, #thoughtingness, and #thoughtness. Recursive “invocation of metacognition” arrests the mind’s attention to growingly AI-pressing need for: • Metacognitive curiosity, • Metacognitive humility, and • Metacognitive generosity. Recursive “metacognition ignition” powers-up—and powers-down—your: • Metacognitive #learning, • Metacognitive #knowledge, and • Metacognitive regulation. #ThinkToThink™ of the illusion of time as really in the past. By the “time” your mind identifies a nanosecond, it’s already zeptoseconds in the past. Mind time’s occurrence is in the past. Thoughtnostic @grok got: “The accompanying post builds out from @AdamMGrant’s views on research analyzing over 370k college essays, showing AI-era writing uses more varied words for an ‘illusion of creativity’ but features less original ideas—as AI favors homogeneity over human diversity of thought. • Author John R. It’s #WorldBicycleDay—annually on 3 June. “Cycle through your thinking’s cycles,” as #Einstein probably recursively meant—#metabeyond his above bicycle quote. ThinkToThink™ to “think about thinking”—to unbalance and rebalance your #thinkingness. What’s between balance? “Between balance” is where minds learn to linger a while longer than they might without #metacognition (i.e., thinking about thinking) skills. #Thoughtings name what happens “between balance.” Wordless thinkings move through #wordish thoughtings into worded thoughts. Thinkingness, #thoughtingness, and #thoughtness are brain-mind thinker-doer balancing acts. Wobble a bit. Wobble a lot. ThinkToThink™ to give yourself measured time to engage in wobbly thinkings, thoughtings, and thoughts. #WobblyThinking works metacognitive wonders. Wobbles work. Wobble-less thought processing may yield suboptimal thoughts. “Think about thinking” to unbalance and rebalance your thinkingness—through thoughtingness into thoughtness—as if “balance” is desirable or even achievable. #BetweenBalance is where we lean into the luminous #liminality of our thoughtings. Click to read Dr. Mark Travers’s #metatriggering @Forbes piece on the most misunderstood type of intelligence—which he posits as “fluid intelligence.” What’s striking to me as a nonclinical metacognition strategist is the article never once uses the word “metacognition”—even though one of its central recommendations is to “think about your thinking” and reflect on how you approached a problem. To me, that absence is telling. Thinking about thinking (i.e., psychologist John H. Flavell’s #metacognition) isn’t a separate “type” of intelligence at all, as too frequently it’s unhelpfully being bandied about these days. Metacognition (“thinking about thinking to improve one’s thinking’s outcomes”) is a willful, purposeful, agentic act—an intelligent expression of self-agency that harnesses our core intelligence in real time. With the term “core intelligence” @EnclaveAcademy seeks to bypass defining types or measures of intelligence in favor of “think-activating” each individual’s sense of: • Intellectual curiosity, • Intellectual humility, • Intellectual ethics, • Intellectual rigor, • Intellectual generosity, and • Intellectual gratitude. Metacognition simply isn’t another item on the intelligence menu of those who propound the notion of “multiple intelligences.” Metacognition is about the intelligent operator (you?) actively steering the the mind’s “metacognitive regulation machinery.” Too often we thinker-doers label as a “type” what is actually an act of self-agency. What are your thinkings, #thoughtings, and thoughts? In your situational “thinkingness, #thoughtingness, and #thoughtness, you tap your core intelligence—from fluid to crystallized. The universe is similar to the rays that shine from the sun, or a finger that is a piece of the entire body. On their own, they are extensions of something greater than themselves, requiring that greater source to grow and be sustained. Without their source, they would cease to exist in time. A finger does not need its own separate heart or brain, because the life-force of the whole body working together is already fully alive and supporting it. Nor does a ray of sun possess its own core, layers, or atmospheric field. Yet it is birthed from them. Without these aspects working in harmony, the ray ceases to exist. Such is the universe, merely an extension of God. It is the manifestation of God's essence within third dimensional space, containing parts and aspects of the unmanifested that support this reality. But it does not contain the totality of the unmanifested essence in expressed form. Omnipotence, Omniscience, Omnipresence are great pointers towards this. Most forms are not infinitely powerful, able to create anything of any magnitude instantaneously with a thought. We are not infinitely knowing of all possibilities, probabilities, their consequential effects, what is best for all and forked out infinitely at each decision point, moment by moment. Nor do we exist infinitely at all times in all places. Last time I checked, we can only be in one country at a time 😂. God exists in differing levels of degree, expressed through the conscious individual at that specific point of time and space. God exists within the rock just as He does within someone like Jesus Christ. The rock is like an opaque, solid wall of matter blocking the light completely to the average eye. Jesus Christ is completely transparent as God incarnate, because the light is emitted purely from the source. The biggest mistake people make is reading something like this, THINKING about it, and not relaxing into the stillness of the present moment so deeply that it causes a loosening of the egoic identity. To merely think about this will only spin up the most narcissistic, psychopathic, and schizophrenic narratives to justify your current identified state of being accumulation of "knowledge". But to relax so deeply that you step beyond thinkingness, allowing the chatter of the mind to quiet down, is to experience a glimpse of this truth, right here, right now. "It is in dying that we are born to eternal life." - Saint Francis of Assisi. Remember, you're a stained glass window. Unique in your creation. All you had to do was open the curtains and let the light naturally shine!
🚨: Scientists are seriously revisiting the idea that God is the universe itself. This suggests every pebble, atom, and you are divine.
