Took me 1 yr of follow ups to onboard @Jad_AE and @koodos (the creators of Shelf) team onto @hirerapha and two weeks for them to see instant impact. Jad was able to quickly import his roles and literally SPEAK to the job requirements through his voice. He was able to share things about the day-to-day that a static JD simply can not capture. The advantages of this, was he is now able to answer every candidates FAQ 24/7 without physically calling people. Speaking of candidates, they now got a sense of who Jad is, listened to his origin story of Shelf, applied and told THEIR story right back. Where the Koodos team can collectively come together and build consensus around candidate stories instead of CVs. In weeks, Jad is already moving people along the process 50x faster than the traditional "shoot me a DM" or even worse...using a bloated ATS that has ZERO context of your talent pool. His efficiency got a boost but also his brand. Jad shot me this message he got from one of his candidates (see image) where they showed their appreciation for NOT following the norm of hiring. This is the way. If you want to save time, identify cracked talent w/o playing phon tag or keyword bingo, AND provide top tier candidate exp...hmu!

Over 100 people last month got hired via @hirerapha. 6 of them are starting at @labsGFX (@okutrade)! When I onboarded @getty_hill and @yesimeddy it was evident the type of people they wanted to hire, the process they wanted to run, and what they were listening for from applicants. Instead of using DMs or Bulky ATSs to read resumes that haven't been updated and linkedins that are outdated, Eddy was able to enjoy his bowl fruit (specifically grapes 🍇), while listening to applicants stories like a podcast. He listened for curiosity 🤔, passion for web3 and coding ♥️, grit ⛓️, drive 🏎️ creativity 🎨...things that mattered to the job and culture at GFX Labs. On the candidate side, they were finally able to be HUMAN in the process, controlled the narrative, and provided the much needed context for the team to take action on. Also, fun fact, connected with some of the candidates that got hired...and the sentiment is all the same. THEY 👏 LOVE 👏 THIS 👏 FORMAT 👏 (see image). I think by this point you know the results. Dwight Lawson s/told his story to @haridigresses over at @autographHQ and is now the head of sales....all done through Rapha Before Rapha, @haridigresses was contemplating going through recruiting agencies/head hunters to fill his roles. Even thought about writing the infamous founder post ⬇️ "$10K for anyone that refers me a person that get's hired!" My instincts kicked in and I sprinted to Hari Raghavan to save him from the chaos lolll When I first connected with Hari...he was a bit reserved from taking Rapha for a spin but in the end, decided to take a bet on us (thanks Hari 🥹). One of the roles he posted was Head of Sales...queue Dwight Lawson Instead of throwing his resume into a soulless system...he was able to SPEAK on his truth, story, execution, abilities and answered 3 questions that mattered most to Hari. The Autograph team listened...and the result?
