A man identified as Devendra Saxena suffered a sudden cardiac arrest at the police commissioner's office in Bhopal. Constables Ranjeet Raghuvanshi and Mukesh Sahu immediately administered CPR for nearly five minutes, helping revive him. He was then rushed to a hospital by RI Jaisingh Tomar for further treatment.
