Windows 95 was loaded on a 4.4 GHz Ryzen 9 system, and it actually worked!
A PCIe to PCI enclosure was used for a PCI sound card (Aureal Vortex), and a PCIe Nvidia 7900 GS GPU was inserted in the motherboard's PCIe slot.
The performance was a bit quicker than what the benchmarking software was expecting. 😆
