People have asked about our culture and recent employee communications. Cognition has an extreme performance culture, and we’re upfront about this in hiring so there are no surprises later. The age old joke is if you build a product for a billionaire VC, you would be asked to build a personal CRM. But basically what they are asking for is an all knowing executive and personal assistant that’s proactive and can do real knowledge-work but with the form factor of a messaging app. It’s not going to be that hard to accomplish this in the next few months.
