1/2. I'm trying to sell my old phone which I purchased in 2014 from you. To sell my phone, I need the invoice. The app cannot doesn't have it. I called support staff, they say it is "lost" and cannot recover.
2/2 When I talked to your support staff, they do not have a solution. I asked them if you can provide me some compensation or if there is alternate policy which can help, there is NOTHING you helped with.
@flipkartsupport U have lost your customer’s data & still OK with it with no policy or resolution? Support says since it is from 2014 - it is not there, where is the policy U have said that U will not keep invoices after 7 years? I asked the support, they simply couldn’t back it
