The Zano Private Economy Conference has officially come to an end and what an incredible success it was! 🔒🔥
📌 Over 1,200 registrations
📌 More than 600 attendees in attendance
Attendees experienced firsthand what the Privacy Economy looks like in the real world through live demonstrations, hands-on onboarding sessions, merchant payment showcases, and in-depth discussions around privacy, cryptocurrency, and decentralized finance.
The conference featured presentations on blockchain fundamentals, the future of digital money, financial freedom, privacy-preserving technologies, and why privacy must become a standard if crypto is to achieve mainstream adoption, especially across Africa.
Participants learned about Zano's privacy-by-default architecture, Confidential Assets, Freedom Dollar (fUSD), private Bitcoin through BTCx, and the growing ecosystem of tools being built on Zano. Hundreds of attendees downloaded the Zano wallet, created their first aliases, received ZANO, and experienced truly private on-chain transactions for the very first time.
One thing became very clear throughout the day: people understand the value of crypto, but they also understand that without privacy, true financial freedom remains incomplete.
The energy in the room, the questions, the engagement, and the excitement around the Privacy Economy showed that Africa is ready for the next phase of crypto adoption.
A huge thank you to our speakers, panelists, volunteers, partners, community members, and every single person who attended and helped make this event a reality.
The movement for financial privacy in Africa is growing stronger every day.
