It’s because most of you don’t actually know people who work in trades.
If you like manual labor it’s fine and pays well but it will destroy your body and you will be working insane amounts of hours.
There’s nothing glorious about labor which is why I sit in an office.
Why is joining a trade so frowned upon amongst non-ML/Maoist Marxists? Why do so many want to limit themselves to academia, and social media? Why are you content with remaining spectators rather than becoming apart of the proletariat you claim to represent?

Many have said something similar to this, but the problem with it is that it seems to foreclose on my actual position, which is not at all ambiguous, which is that while I am not really in favor of revisiting suffrage, I do think that the gender gaps are becoming more noticeable in a way that’s going to make these kinds of conversations unavoidable.
At the very least, people are going to find that they need to remember how to defend things they thought were settled.
And from the quality of my mentions today, I would just say that they should get practicing.

Underrated advantage of having good credit is in bad situations you can extend your runway if needed.
If I lost all my money tomorrow I could easily get loans to cover me temporarily while I recover.
Nobody wants to do this but it’s better than getting completely wiped.
