Please read this-
This complaint was filed with the State Election Board in 2023- but of course it was never investigated. Most likely because it is damning. When you accept ballots from a different county for a federal election, and count those ballots it is bad. But when they survive adjudication, a hand count/audit, and a Recount- you don't have any credibility or excuses left. At all. Absentee ballot barcode/voter credit- failed. Absentee ballot signature verification failed. Voting system ballot authentication failed (twice- once for original count- and again for the Recount). Reconciliation between the number of ballots received and the number of ballots counted- failed. Reconciliation between the number of ballots cast and number of voters- failed. Adjudication- failed. Do you think all of these processes really failed over and over across three separate counts- or is it more likely that it was a free for all? acrobat.adobe.com/id/urn:aai… @statesunited and @stephen_richer- put these safeguards in your pipe and smoke em.

I will be appealing this flawed ruling by a Clinton-appointed Massachusetts judge. Texas has every right to enforce its own laws to protect our citizens, and we will continue to fight to hold ActBlue accountable.

Let’s just keep looking at California elections. Here’s one good example of the system, deliberately designed NOT for citizens to choose who fills the seats of power, but rather designed by the powerful to ensure their continued power. When the Dems talk about access, they’re talking about THEIR access to the ballots so they can control the outcome. Never lose sight of that. @EIwatchdogs @seanmdav
Sheriff Chad Bianco says in the 2024 election there were 611,000 valid ballots returned in Riverside County, CA. The only problem…there were 659,000 votes cast. That's FOURTY EIGHT THOUSAND more votes cast than there were ballots. This is obvious FRAUD. @billessayli is this the type of fraud you are looking for? Credit to: @ChadBianco.

“While Texas is still the nation’s biggest producer of oil and gas, they said, the sector has not seen a surge in activity even as the West Texas Intermediate crude spot price rose from $63 per barrel before the war began in early February to $106 per barrel April 3.”

So, the Mora et.al vs. Raffensperger case to force the SOS to be transparent with his operations in the Election Center Bunker to allow a candidate (and the SEB) to have access in the aggregation and reporting has been, you guessed it : "DISMISSED ON STANDING". If you're not in the inner circle, you don't have standing! How do you like them apple's? Reminds me of the Curling vs Raffensperger case georgiansfortruth.org/someth… #gapol

The General Assembly made the State Election Board independent of the Secretary of State. The Board has broad authority to oversee election administration, investigate irregularities, and ensure fair and orderly elections. Title 21 does not expressly give the Secretary authority to exclude Board members from the Election Night Reporting Center. A categorical exclusion would undermine the Board’s statutory independence and materially impair its oversight function. That conclusion is even stronger where the Secretary is also a candidate for Governor, because exclusion concentrates control of election-night transparency in an interested officeholder. At most, the Secretary may impose reasonable, neutral, nondiscriminatory security rules; he may not use access control to defeat independent oversight.
