JUST IN: Anthropic just confidentially filed a draft S-1 with the SEC.
The same Anthropic that pays SpaceXAI $1.25 billion per month is now on its own path to an IPO.
The compute deal:
~$45 billion in total contract value through May 2029.
~325,000 NVIDIA GPUs across Colossus 1 and Colossus II.
That contract will now appear in two separate S-1 filings, viewed from opposite sides of the trade.
Two of the largest IPOs in tech history are heading to market at the same time.
