The Department of English Language of SCERT, Maharashtra, Pune, successfully hosted a workshop on November 30 - December 1, 2024 at SCERT, Maharashtra,Pune, to finalize the Teachers Activity Handbook for English teachers. This comprehensive Teacher resource book is specifically designed to support primary teachers of English teaching standards 1-3.
It is eveloped by esteemed state experts, the handbook aims to empower teachers in achieving global proficiency standards and aligning with NIPUN Bharat guidelines.
The handbook offers:
- Play-based and peer learning activities
- Step-by-step explanations for each activity
- Reading resources on pedagogy and NIPUN Bharat Mission
This initiative reinforces Foundational Literary under NIPUN Bharat mission, fostering happy learning environments and enhanced learning outcomes for students in Maharashtra.

प्रत्येक विद्यार्थ्याचा शिक्षण हा मूलभूत अधिकार असून कष्टकऱ्यांची मुलं शिक्षणापासून वंचित राहू नये, त्यांना शाळेची गोडी लागावी व त्यांच्या स्थलांतरणावर रोख लागावा म्हणून जि.प. शाळेचे आपले शिक्षक नेटाने भूमिका पार पाडत आहेत.

झिजतो माय अन् बाप शिकते मूल...
आई-वडील ऊसतोडीला गावाबाहेर गेलेत पण जि. प. प्रा. शाळा नायगाव, अहमदनगर, येथे इ. ४ थीत शिकणारी कु. अनुष्का ही गावातच थांबून शिक्षणाच्या वाटेवर पुढे चालली आहे. अतिशय सुंदर आवाजात व ठेक्यात तिने हे गाणे गायले आहे.

परळी तालुक्यातील गाढेपिंपळगाव येथील आकाश विक्रम आरगडे या तरुणाचा अतिवृष्टी दरम्यान नुकताच नदीत बुडून दुर्दैवी अंत झाला होता. आज आरगडे कुटुंबाचे भेटून सांत्वन केले. नाथ प्रतिष्ठाण कडून 50 हजार रुपयांची छोटीशी मदत केली, तसेच या कुटुंबास अन्य लागेल ती मदत करण्याचीही ग्वाही दिली.
