The therapeutic hypothermia and ecmo conference I was invited to speak at I March in Miami featured an incredible wealth of knowledge about this. I learned so much and am starting to believe that we really should be targeting 33, maybe lower, and FAST.

Is post arrest 33 better than 36 degrees? Looks like neuro-intact survival went down after switching from 33 to 36 @IcusHarborview. 36 degrees associated with increased fevers and delays in TTM initiation (not started in the ED). @NickJohnsonMD @UWashEM
