$SERV's chart is one I just can't quit. Reminds me of $IXS before it's 100X run. Also, speaking of $IXS ... they are about to partner with the world's largest $WBTC partner $SERV is $9M marketcap and was deep into agentic flows before it was as mainstream as it is now. $IXS is $15M and has insane burn potential.

I started making MOONVEINS a few days ago based on @mattshumer_'s Hogwarts Fable three.js upload. Had a ton of this so far and Opus 4.8 is doing well enough on Ultracode to give me steady improvements, even if I burn through 5-hour limits quick. Love this.

Imagine trying to explain this to someone from 2010. Such crazy times.

1. if transacting with superintelligent models outside of the boundaries of a lab becomes difficult due to national security / ai safety concerns and so on, it will mean the Coasean boundaries of the labs will grow to encompass all interesting industry, creating a truly cyberpunk chaebol-capitalism type of future, where the goverment sort of runs them but they also sort of run the government 2. as if there weren't already enough reasons to break up your family, leave your home, the Zone of Thought will increase the attractiveness of migrating to try and have your child on american soil, so they can have 1000x the effective brain power of people born elsewhere 3. every country should probably try and either work towards a new ai security pact with the americans immediately or pool every ounce of national resources to try and create their own ASI labs lest you become complete intellectual, economic, and moral vassals to the united states of america and the output byproducts its ASIs (you wont even get to talk to them). if they succeeded (big if) this will imply a more global race and more risk factors than was previously implied by the formerly only "beating china" narrative -- but many will prefer it to the superintelligent monopolar value lock-in 4. the other alternative is to keep the tension between safety and concentration of power at the top of mind and for the government/labs to push for solving it, rather than instrumentalizing all other values to be subservient to minimizing ai harms. insofar as safety means defending properties of the fragile world we like, the diffuse nature of power is one of those properties 5. historically the americans have been really quite Benign about their global public goods hegemony despite the ability to extract significantly more rents than they do, and it makes it easy for people of all stripes to fight for america rather than under it. we probably don't have to, but i hope america overall works towards export promotion of american models rather than export control

I'm supposed to believe this person has their own surgical practice? They post some of the lowest-IQ content I've seen on this app in 12 years.

This app never disappoints. If you have this fundamental of a misunderstanding of Elon's "trillionaire" situation, I highly doubt you eclipsed the poverty line last year, much less made $6M .

we've got flying starships and an active lunar day/night spans @mattshumer_ this is fun, but I can't wait until Fable 5 is back. Opus 4.8 doing OK, though! Also, we've got "fly mode" and visible moving lunar rovers!
So much fun to run around this landscape - hoping we get Fable 5 back, but may just optimize with Opus 4.8 as much as possible.

Presenting MOONVEINS 15 minutes of Claude Code Fable 5 at "Extra" effort. Uploaded a single mp4 from Grok Imagine as the base point. Prompt: "OK, I'm new to this and three.js or whatever it's called, but i see a lot of people making open-world explorers that you can use in the browser and I"m curious if you can help me make one. I want it to be in a continuously generating world based on this photo/image/environment. I don't know what else you would need or how I would even play it when it's done, but I want to try it out!"

Just realized Fable 5 told me this while explaining how it had built my open-world Moon game ... eerie. "I noticed you walking around in the preview mid-build." ????????????

To add to this. Before joining SpaceX I had lost almost everything because my wife fell ill. Our house, our savings, just about all. I quit my job to take care of her. The only thing we kept was our little Jiu-Jitsu school. After she got better, and it was time to go back to work, a student of ours that worked at SpaceX said they were hiring. He told me to apply as a "non-qualified technician". I had to pass two tests online to get an interview. On interview day, we were told that the interviews were only going to last 15 minutes. Apparently, there just weren't enough Aerospace Techs around. So, they decided to hire 2000 people in just a few months. Anyone they thought they could teach got hired, and the interviews were really only 15 minutes. The gentleman that interviewed me was surprised as a girl knocked on the door and said "times up". He thought the 15 min thing had some room. Two weeks later, there I am at SpaceX working in Composites as an apprentice through a temp company. The following April, on the 21st, I was hired as a SpaceX employee. Two years later we were able to buy a house. At the end, I had worked my way to become the supervisor for materials testing, and this past January decided to retire. What a wild ride it was. I am so proud of my teams. Thank you @elonmusk for creating and giving me this opportunity.

One of my first memories of crypto in this space was that one crazy guy who kept taking out loans to buy more and more of a token called IGG. Hope he's doing OK.

Oh yes, I remember that Bond film where the villain decarbonized the auto industry, brought fast internet to everyone on the planet, and helped paralyzed people interact with the world again.

So the only people really angry about SpaceX minting new millionaires are: - Pandering, soulless politicians - abject down-bad losers living on welfare who hate everyone That's it.

Very rudimentary right now, but a fun template to build off of.

I didn't believe this was real. @mattshumer_ was in my office, so I had him pull it up on my machine. It's 10x more detailed and expansive than he showed in his demo. Just watch this video, in full. It's almost unbelievable. But, it's very, very real.

As flawed and as imperfect as he is, Musk has broken so many molds that society, as it is currently constructed, is designed to keep intact. Shockingly, this doesn't sit well with some who benefit from it staying how it's always been.

The know it's non zero-sum, but they don't care. They're pandering to the lowest-common denominator take their base wants to hear which is that "rich man = bad."
A lot of people seem angry that Elon is now a trillionaire, so it’s worth reminding them that he didn’t achieve this by making anyone else poorer. Wealth isn't zero-sum. Paul Graham explained it well: paulgraham.com/wealth.html

Really hard to imagine becoming a trillionaire and not wanting to immediately liquidate enough assets to give at least a few hundred billion to organizations making the world a better place.
