@Chase #CreditCards offers a #poorcustomerexperience, in addition to functionality regarding payments that does not work. My daughter and I set up payments from our savings, and @Chase withdrew funds from checking instead.

1)Why wasn't this detected during #testing, especially #UAT? Did @Chase not create use cases for testing withdrawal of funds between a savings & checking accounts? 2)Did @Chase plan for the proper account no field length? Is their system truncating the value?

On 08 Nov, upon arrival, I was told that reservation was cancelled at @FairfieldHotels Providence Airport Warwick. My company's credit card issuer declined the reservation, because the property attempted to charge me for the rate plus the typical incidentals hold upon booking.

In addition, I had added the reservation to My Trips in @MarriottBonvoy app, and there was no mention of cancellation. To add further insult, the hotel did not recognize my Lifetime Titanium Elite status, and did not offer free bottled water.

Fairfield Inn Providence Airport Warwick is a bad hotel. In my 13 years of Marriott stays, I have never had any hotel (Marriott, Hilton or IHG) attempt to collect incidentals charge hold at the time of booking. @FairfieldHotels @MarriottBonvoy

COVID19 is no longer an excuse for #hospitality industry's #poorservice. Booked #UptownSuitesNashvilleSmyrna on @Expedia. Upon check-in, front desk said that they were full & did not offer to walk me. I have 1 night charge on AMEX by hotel. And @Expedia takes no responsibility.
