Chat w/ Dell explain ongoing problems (including BT). Person on the chat INSISTS it's software.
Turns out a Dell/Unisys tech wrecked the RF connector, affecting Bluetooth.

July 1st was four days ago and every organization whose installation of Wire uses self-deleting remains unable to communicate using Wire for Android.
The new Android client, which lacked this feature and was pushed without notice, has significantly disrupted communications.
