Caught admitting she knew but wants taxpayer's money anyway as she doesn't like the changes to her SPA. Flounce off and blocks.

Might want to read the comments in reply to this tweet by Waspi Campaign @leicesterliz, @EmmaforWycombe, @Keir_Starmer. Most see £3k proposed by @PHSOmbudsman as an insult. Probably best to say no comp due as they won't be happy unless full pension given. x.com/WASPI_Campaign/status/…

@CurrencyFair Received an email supposedly from you saying you had CAD30k in my account but needed me to login and Send Money as no CFID. Is this a scam as I know nothing about it? I've phoned and emailed but no reply.

Still no reply to my email/tweet 2 days later and impossible to get through on the phone. Shockingly bad customer service. About to delete my account.

I was thinking of tweeting something about the WASPI campaign and legal claim, but @Frances_Coppola has covered it so comprehensively I have nothing to add. There is never going to be significant compensation, and that is a sensible outcome. coppolacomment.com/2023/02/w…

Let’s hope the State Pension APPG chaired by @GwynneMP and @peter_aldous asks @vidagoldstein71 (Dr Jocelynne Scutt) some searching questions. One obvious question is why only 50s’ born women are affected and no-one else when 95 Act affected ALL women born 6/4/50 onwards. 1/

Many people have asked this question directly to Dr Scutt but she never answers. Another serious question is why the decision of the High Court,Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court who found no discrimination should just be ignored? England’s 2nd highest Judge surely has more 2/

Experience in UK law than an ex Fiji Judge. Hopefully the APPG will be able to get those answers so that every 50s’ woman knows and is not misled yet again.

2 BT60 supporters misleading women on an open Public FB group. Ann Fenner is a trusted right-hand "man" of Joanne Welch, BT60 founder. She basically lies that their appeal is still open to use despite the Supreme Court refusing it. I'm sure this is wrong - @BarbaraRich_law is it?

@DeeKearney3 Hilarious that you are trying to take credit for noticing that the @PHSOmbudsman was going to concentrate on a 28 month maladministration period as published in July 2021. You and @1950sOf were warned of that by several people who you then blocked and chucked out…1/

of your groups for “being negative”. Perhaps if you’d all listen to those who actually know what they’re talking about you would be led down the garden path by #Waspi and #BackTo60.

This doesn’t look good. If the Government are happy to ignore an ombudsman recommendation for this, then if the PHSO recommends anything for #1950swomen they could do the same again? See Thread !

@MartinSLewis Any chance you can get this article corrected as it’s causing huge consternation with many who’ve been contracted out thinking they’ve been given wrong advice. This relaxing of the 6 yr rule isn’t new, it’s been in place since 2016. There is also no mention of… 1/

Contracting out which means even having 35 years may not give you a full pension. In this case paying for years before 2016 will not improve your pension. People are reading this article and thinking they could have topped up cheaper before 2016.

Total nonsense posted by this idiot who cannot accept he is wrong. The UK state pension is and always has been a Contributory Benefit. There is no contract and never has been. You cannot contract out of the SP, only additional pension.

He was given screenshots of the actual law defining the state pension as a Contributory Benefit. Needless to say he chose to hurl abuse followed by blocking me without a chance to reply. What is it with some people who cannot accept facts???

BT60 have released a voodoo poll in an attempt to gather evidence for the APPG. Q3 can only be answered by saying your mental or physical health has been affected. Survey will only be accepted if you tick all options in Q2. Sure @GwynneMP and @peter_aldous will see through it.

Yes people see only what they WANT to see. The PHSO did not say nobody was informed as #Backto60 supporters claim here. @PHSOmbudsman said there was a 2 year delay in informing people. Do try and read more than the headline.
