It's easy for managers to get overwhelmed with meetings. I've found a powerful @obsdmd strategy that has super charged my confidence in my decision making. If you follow this process, you'll think clearer, and make better decisions. Here's how:
Absolutely brutal subscription anti-pattern used by @EducativeInc. You must sign up for auto-renewal to get access, and there is no reminder prior to being charged.
Lesson for us SaaS companies looking to prioritize customer experience vs. counting on folks to forget things.

Giving feedback is easy.
Giving good feedback is SO hard.
I’ve coached many low performers and given feedback on technical behavioral situations. Some didn’t go the way I planned.
But over time, I learned how to structure deliver it well.
