Hi @British_Airways my flight is at 17:05 not 16:05.
It does not engender confidence when your software folks can’t figure out presenting GMT vs BST to the user. Who even tests this stuff?
Your app is terrible and your back end abysmal. You have to do better.

It's very, very damming: indicative of the UK's decrepit infrastructure.
National Grid knew since 2018 there was a problem with the transformer; it did nothing. Plus, the fire suppression system was out of service since 2022.

This is a consequence of baseload thinking. We need a reliable grid which is not the same as reliable baseload.

When the wind doesn’t blow…or in fact when the grid can’t cope on.ft.com/3ZqVHSZ wind turbines switched off 13% of the time because of poor infrastructure but we still pay for the power they don’t generate
