I haven't got many followers, I'm not sure if anyone listens to me on Twitter. Today I got my second assignment results back as a mature student in @UCC I left school at 15 after being beaten by teachers & kids & being told for years I was stupid. Both were A - I'm overjoyed!!

Went to board @AerLingus flight from cork this morning and brought old passport so couldn’t board. They left me go home get current one and put me on next flight with no additional charge. Is there a better kinder airline? Don’t think so! Staff are class!

Hey @AmericanAir on a trip to the US with you after having 2 cancellations 3 delays so far our bags lost & damaged. Customer care 100% do not care.
Oh & on our latest flight we flew into @DFWAirport in a sandstorm with our seatbelt broke & told our fault? No one wants to help!

Hey @AmericanAir we’re on a trip to the US with you guys and we’re now being told we might have a 3rd cancellation of a flight.. we’ve had 2 already, had our bags lost and broken and 2 delayed. Customer care aren’t being helpful. Is this a normal practice or can you help?
