I did a study of QAR data from a short haul carrier landing into Jersey airport. Surprising dispersion but some pilots intentionally land long because they want a further taxiway. You can see the second peak which is probably the centre point of a distribution of those pilots aiming for a delayed touchdown for that further taxiway. insights.cranfield.ac.uk/blo…
