There has been a horrible snap crackle and pop coming out of my MacBook Pro (2018 with touch bar) for the last couple of days- sometimes even when switched off and also now when updating to Big Sur (in the hope that might sort it- it didn’t) Anybody have any ideas? @AppleSupport
