It seems that #PujaKhedkar was just the tip of the #UPSC Scam iceberg… there is hardly any doubt that well connected candidates are using OBC / EWS / Physically Handicapped quotas to get into IAS / IPS.
This may have been going on for some time … question is - will the Govt try to keep at least ONE entrance test scam free??

I was wrong in my prediction that Modi would refuse to hug Putin, a war criminal. Guess I hoped India would take the moral high ground on Ukraine. As I have said, many times, New Delhi believes in national interests ONLY. I should've listened to myself.
