I watch a lot of historical documentaries and Rome: The World's First Superpower by @larrylamb47 is one of the best, if not the best, that I've seen. Great mix of curiosity and expertise, as well as levity and gravitas. Kudos to everyone involve in its production.

Woke to multiple messages from @googlecloud saying our billing is not working and we may be deactivated. We have valid payment methods, no declines from the bank, no way to add a new payment (!) and no way to contact support (just a chat screen that does nothing). What the heck!

This is why even though I admire Google Cloud, I do often wonder if it is an entirely serious endeavor. These are critical resources for us, and the whole interface for billing and support seems broken and/or nonexistent.
