Law and medicine are professions that work within a public trust contract. When creating a brand, you must treat communication as a science and a discipline to avoid putting your profession into disrepute and ruining your credibility, together with that of your colleagues. 1/

To truly life-force max your existence, stop focusing on breathwork or tantra exercises or whatever. You need to get a crush and also an enemy. There is no comparable formula to this. You will wake up every morning with the drive and enthusiasm of a person half your age.

I am so unmoved by the majority of public activists on social media. The stories of how they move behind the scenes within their communities contradicts their firm commitment to whatever “anti/ -ism” they preach on this app, a haven for charlatans.

The things women from healthy families see in relationships in their 20s.. honestly they should opt for arranged marriages please .. you will be looking at them like “how did you not see that” they really believe seeing goodness in a person and second chances
People who come from healthy family backgrounds are extremely, almost unbelievably naive about how bad things can get

train your brain to stop dredging up negative things from the past constantly. a brain that constantly dredges up a negative past stays stagnant in negative loops. Process events, learn from the experience, detach & enforce your boundaries, move on as fast as possible

I’m amazed at people who are addicted to consuming content that triggers them. Can never be me. If the algorithm starts to move weird, I immediately start pushing the “not interested” and “show less content like this” buttons.

Let’s talk about something as basic as gloves. One of the culture shocks I had in Germany is that in every patient’s room kuna 3 boxes of gloves in different sizes. Sometimes the healthcare workers will change gloves upto 5x when dealing with a single patient. Saa hiyo the most common phrase you’ll hear in KNH is “unawaste gloves/something else” and usually, the one or 2 boxes rotating in a ward are in the custody of a nurse and you have to walk around to find them or ask to get a pair. Mind you we’re not talking about a specialized medical device. Basic gloves. But apparently we’re capable of handling another country’s epidemic.

1. Why did a Kisii woman give her child this name? 2. This child is ideally only 3 and a half? In which school is this bullying allowed on a new kid in Reception Class? 3. Why did NTV reference Wandeto and the tattoo when Police said her brutal attack had nothing to do with it?

Again, lets listen to what Okiya Omtata is saying.
The Kenya government has discovered a new trick. They have been taking money from your salary every month for housing. You did not agree to this. Courts told them to stop. They ignored the courts and kept taking. Now they have looked at all that money and had a wonderful idea. Why not use it to secure a loan of Sh100 billion? Think about what that means. They are using your money as guarantee to borrow more money. Money that you will also pay back. To build houses that you cannot afford. Using a salary from which they are still deducting. For housing you will never own. It is a perfect system. For them. But here is the part that should make every Kenyan worker sit up. This government can feel 2027 approaching. The door is closing. So before they leave they have decided to write cheques on your behalf that will take years to pay. The next government will inherit the debt. The next Kenyan worker will pay it. The current team will be long gone and very comfortable. This is what happens when people who have nothing to lose make decisions for people who have everything to lose. They are not borrowing against their own futures. They are borrowing against yours. The houses remain unaffordable. The levy keeps coming. The loan is on its way. And somewhere in a very nice office a press release is being prepared calling this a historic milestone in delivering affordable housing to Kenyans. Your payslip will tell a different story. Dismas wa Tabu. Dreaming in installments. Billed in full.

😂😂😂 I want the 28% that think Kenya is going the right way to show us how they came to this conclusion..
Kenya’s government plans to use future Housing Levy deductions from salaries as security to borrow Sh100 billion for housing projects.

It saddens me that most of you can't associate the unrest in schools with the current economic dysfunction. Instead, you suggest cruel measures to "contain the errant children", rather than seeing it for what it is, a reaction to that dysfunction. It is a pity.

The reality is people are not nice to disabled kids, even slightly awkward kids, ask any parent with an autistic child how teachers, majority of teachers are towards them, how schools treat them..
A lot of these people saying “I would adopt a Down Syndrome baby in a heartbeat” would not last a day taking care of a severely physically and intellectually disabled adult.

This morning, we accompanied the family of Krystabel Anyango Ochieng (Bella) to the Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI) Homicide Unit to follow up on the status of investigations into her death. An account from the family indicates that Bella’s lifeless body was presented to Syokimau Police Station on 1st May 2026 by a man who was in an estranged relationship with her. The post-mortem examination conducted on 4th May established the cause of death as blunt force trauma to the head. Despite this report and a recorded history of abuse, the said man was only momentarily arrested before being released without arraignment, charges, or any conclusive finding to exonorate him. To date, no substantive progress has been made by the DCI offices at Mlolongo and Athi River despite several follow ups by the immediate family and the Kenya National Commission on Human Rigjts (KNCHR). On account of the slow progress, the family reached out to the DCI and were given audience today by the Deputy Director, Homicide, who undertook to intervene and see to it that this matter is investigated swiftly and conclusively. We thank all officers who have come forward to assist this grieving family to find justice for their beloved daughter. The femicide crisis in our Country has left one-too-many families wallowing in the miasma of unanswered questions and anxious hope for justice that never comes. Bella cannot be just another statistic.

The thing with abusers is, they rarely change. They might even get bolder when they escape justice. Eventually, they slip up and become exposed beyond reasonable doubt. Unfortunately, they leave a trail of victims behind them

What did UGM do immediately after receiving the oral complaints? In paragraph 4, UGM states that, on 11 October 2025, Shakira Wafula and two other women orally raised allegations of sexual harassment against a senior party official.

When three women raised sexual harassment complaints against a senior official within a political operation associated with David Maraga, what did UGM do to ensure that the process was safe, independent and trustworthy?

What will Maraga do now that the credibility of UGM’s internal process has been publicly challenged? What steps has he taken to ensure that future complaints will be handled through a process that is safe, independent and worthy of trust?
