ALT Salton Sea Environmental Timeseries Data Dashboard In a collaboration between Alianza Coachella Valley, Loma Linda University, and AGU Thriving Earth Exchange; the Salton Sea Environmental Timeseries developed a citizen scientist project in the Eastern Coachella valley where volunteers assisted in collecting data and samples from the Salton Sea. A webinar was held to present the findings of the community science project and the research and advocacy priorities of residents of environmental justice communities in the Eastern Coachella Valley. ALT SciPol-Detroit, an action group led by graduate students in Detroit, MI, organized for 14 of its members to attend workshops to prepare for meetings with decision makers.
