Hey @tonal! Is there a way I can find out which installation partner serves my area? Just had a terrible experience with a @onepeloton delivery / install serviced by @XPOLogistics. Peloton can't use a different partner in my area so the equipment is being returned

@onepeloton i'm sharing this thread with the hope that a) Peloton may understand how terrible @XPOLogistics is and b) that those considering purchase of a Peloton product can pressure Peloton to use a different delivery and installation service

That brings us to today... Spent some time on the phone with Tracy in customer service leadership. Like everyone at Peloton, he's pleasant, sympathetic, and genuinely wants to help. Seems like he's in a position with a bit more flexibility to get things done. We'll see...

Well… Peloton is unable or unwilling to assign a different delivery partner… and we are unwilling to continue to deal with the dysfunction that is XPO. @XPOLogistics has cost @onepeloton a customer

TL;DR @onepeloton products are great... @XPOLogistics is terrible. If you're buying Peloton equipment, BEG them to have anyone other than XPO handle the delivery and installation
