Lack of time is often not a valid excuse. No matter how busy you think you are, you can almost always make time to work towards your biggest goals. You just need to make sacrifices and be disciplined with your time management.

It's not until an athlete is able to remove him/herself from "normal" life stress that they realize just how much it was holding back their adaptation & improvement.

As a leader, you need to think for yourself. Don’t be afraid to go against the grain. Just because other coaches do things a certain way doesn’t mean you have to copy them.

1. Stop using your workouts to burn fat at the gym. Use them to build muscle & get strong. 2. Quit porn. The damage it does to your brain is too great of a cost. 3. Instead of using porn, drugs & alcohol to numb what you're feeling learn how to deal with your emotions.

If our mind is not peaceful and tamed, no matter how marvelous the external circumstances are, we will be burdened by frights, hopes, and fears. With a tamed mind, we will enjoy wealth or poverty, health or sickness; we can even die happily.

First they make it hard to get rapid tests. Then they make it hard to get PCR tests. Then you become so frustrated with public healthcare, that you have no choice but to spend $ to buy privately. Inch by inch, this is exactly how they're destroying our public healthcare system.

All immunity is natural, because your immune system is natural. It is acquired either through infection or vaccination. Infection has more side effects, many of which are very bad and one of which is death. Naturally, I choose to acquire my immunity through vaccination.

Barcelona has an amazing school cycle bus every Friday. Wherever you are in the world, few kids will see this and think “I’d like to be driven to school instead”. When the project started there were just five children taking part. Change can happen fast.
