2024 started pretty slow for me, with my personal projects on hiatus. Around February I picked up my older game (Arc War) and started rewriting/updating it. It was just through boredom, but it gently got me back into the swing of things. Now I've ended the year with updates to Woodfel (and more to come, I'm working on new content), including a new single player version for the Mac App Store. I'm definitely pro everyone having a side hustle. It's not always going to be successful but it can still be satisfying. Just remember not to neglect your loved ones or let stress build up on you! Here's to 2025 and a new year of possibilities and endeavours! Happy new year everyone! 🥳

What on earth are these things? Hundreds found across the north of Scotland, all different sizes and shapes. Some dating back as much as 5000 years old (found at Skara Brae)! There are all sorts of theories, but none very satisfying, and all conjecture really. One theory suggests they were used to roll around the giant standing stones found across Scotland. I think they could have been part of a flail type weapon, or something like a cat o' nine tails but with these stones tied to the ends. What do you think? 🧐
