Gaethje Is Brunson. Topuria is Wemby. There is just something about IT that you can’t logically arrive at but is spiritually THERE from the very beginning. Winners always find a way to WIN.

Dana white putting on a masterclass on what it means to be an entrepreneur in 2026 Basically paraded Fury around to let the other boxing leagues know he won Shamelessly appeared in like 6 random ads to fund the event by any means necessary Important figure to study imo. Not as glamorous as unicorn tech founder but absolutely grit his teeth and played his hand. Spike TV, DVDs etc (founders podcast with him was great) Aside from the obvious first event on White House lawn, there are a LOT of first times being pulled off 1 for the good guys all around. Anyone calling this bread and circus doesn’t want to actually win
TYSON FURY JUST MADE AN ENTRANCE AT THE WHITE HOUSE TO “S*X ON FIRE” 😭😭 He was also wearing a “Donald Trump for Prime Minister” hat

Can't wait for Claude Fable to be incredible for the next 3 days and then absolutely fall off a cliff when Anthropic lobotomizes it

How’s everyone’s openclaw agents doing? Did you read that cron job output in your telegram this morning? No? Strange

I have used AI for 8 hours a day, every day, since mid-summer 2025 I have tried every new tool as soon as it comes out, have stayed on top of every new feature from major labs, have integrated every new harness, have tried every skill and MCP and plugin and LLM model And outside of some edge cases that were specific improvements to my exact workflows (which were mostly just coincidence that a new CODING TOOL also directly impacted my knowledge work workflows) The only substantial difference AI has made has been increasing my ability to build custom tools that directly improve my outputs This is why the “SaaS is dead” argument is flawed Anthropic is not allocating resources to shipping features that help you build CRO optimized ecom landing pages, or write better content, or automate your email marketing They are shipping features that make the models stronger, and some of these features may help you do the above better, but they’re not designed for it If I’m using a tool that helps me automate CRO, I want somebody who is world class at CRO designing that tool, not Anthropic The tool will look a lot different than it did 18 months ago because of the features Anthropic shipped But there is not a direct correlation like everyone thinks there is

AI character building is going to be a huge huge meta for D2C brands when done right People are going to WANT influencers to be AI, to follow along with their journey, become immersed in their world

This man broke Instagram this weekend. 8.8M views and 249k followers since Friday. Kumar is (allegedly) a retired accountant who wants to be poppin on the internet. Idk whether this dude is real, or AI, or a brand's campaign. In any case it's gold because of the character and the contrast. Accounting is one of the textbook examples in content because it can be SO boring or SO interesting in the right context. This dude uses it as a platform to introduce a ridiculous character. Closing with the viral wife demand is perfect too cuz it's a dated trend. It builds the character more. No idea whats going on here, either excellent creative strategy work or somebodies uncle is a legend

Agencies should NEVER sell month-to-month or 3 month minimums. Sell a 60 to 90 day program built around a specific outcome Then upsell to 12 months after you hit it

A reminder that most people are using CODING AGENTS for non-coding tasks The only use case AI has truly accelerated is writing code. Because it's what most modern AI infrastructure has been engineered to do If you recall, before Claude was known as the "best writing AI" it was widely known as the best coding AI. They appealed to engineers It just so happened that the things that made the models good at coding, happened to make them good at writing That does NOT MEAN they are engineered for writing tasks The tool (AI) got truly 1000x better in one environment (writing code), and that leap was so substantial that every other environment (strategy, copywriting, etc) also saw significant impact. But it was a downstream byproduct of the one environment If one day we woke up and Microsoft Excel became 1000x more powerful to use, surely people would find a way to use it for things outside of making spreadsheets

Claude Code creator: "I don’t prompt Claude anymore. What I mostly use now is loops. I create loops - they do the rest of my job." In 24 minutes, Boris reveals his real daily Claude Code setup: Claude loops routines dynamic workflows Worth more than a $500 vibe-coding course

Please remember that most of the commentary you see along the lines of this 👇 Are primarily for SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT Reviewing code, migrating code, debugging, shipping new features etc It is NOT for: a) Building something from scratch b) Doing anything knowledge work / service based / marketing etc The agent workflow Claude Code super AI world is buildings building builders for builders (which is good) But if you’re in the “using AI to replace your white collab job / systemize operations / run your marketing team” this sort of workflow is guaranteed to absolutely fuck everything up

Here’s your monthly reminder that you shouldn’t be prompting coding agents anymore. You should be designing loops that prompt your agents.

The output of needle moving work AI can produce in NON TECHNICAL USE CASES scales in proportion to the amount of first party, clean data you can synthesize and use in context NOT to then amount of code you can autonomously write If you’re launching a marketing campaign you want your AI to write as little “code” (likely markdown files) as possibly with the highest level of certainty, validation, quality gating etc Having 1000 agents work for 6 hours is not going to get you closer to this goal
