So, we built software for a client in 2018 who paid us with $ETH. @coinbase flagged our account and closed it. We've tried at times to contact them to figure out why our account was closed but we can't get ahold of anyone.

(2/3) We assume it's because our client likely got their funds from an ICO. We contacted live support who told us our account was deleted and the only people who can delete our account is us, which isn't true.
