While I am thrilled that @rickyhurtadonc won a seat in the NC House, it’s sad that he is the only Latinx/Hispanic there. NC is approx 10% Latinx/Hispanic. There are 120 House Reps. DIVERSE VOICES NEED TO BE HEARD!

One of the things I loved about living in Mexico was being immersed in a comparatively expressive culture. It caused me to reflect on how my life can be enriched by being more generous in expressing my feelings to others. #HHM#LHM
