Research from the #GsponerLab published in @PNASNews today focuses on the AlphaFold-Multimer platform, a platform recognized with the Nobel Prize in Chemistry for 2024.
This new paper evaluates and provides guidance for using the platform to predict binding interactions of intrinsically disordered protein regions.
