Ever wonder if there another way to measure and #evaluateimpact as we strive to make our communities better? Check out a new approach using the CD SI Toolkit we used with Healthier Together, a @CDCgov funded @UGAExtension project. @UGA_CollegeofAg @alec_uga @PublicHealthUGA
Community capitals are a great way to assess programs in communities. Our recent study used mixed methods to capture program impacts of a #rural health intervention in Georgia and to find gaps in community ranking of capitals based on two methods. @lexlamm tandfonline.com/doi/full/10.…
