Full Workshop: @OpenAI Codex masterclass The agent is no longer just one chat window. In this workshop, @reach_vb and @kagigz get into how coding systems start to change when you can delegate work across subagents, split tasks up, and manage more context than a single thread can comfortably hold. If you're trying to understand where the next generation of coding agents is going, this is a useful look at the shape of that future from inside @OpenAI! Full Workshop: youtube.com/watch?v=MhHEGMFC…

WHAT. A. WEEK. So grateful to our team, speakers, sponsors, attendees and partners for making this a huge success!
And that's a wrap! AI Engineer Europe 2026 has concluded. Our video crew did incredible work to capture the energy, enthusiasm, and positivity of this event -- but it still doesn't come close to being there. If you're engineering the future of AI -- we hope to see you at a future event! Thank you London -- thank you Europe!

We are excited to welcome @OpenAI to the AIE Expo for the first time as Platinum sponsors for AIE EU! OAI has shipped SO much for AI Engineers this year alone, and this is the best place to catch up: - Meet the team at the Ask OpenAI lounge (bring your hardest tasks and best questions!) - Hear keynotes from @steipete and @lopopolo, and - get hands on with in-depth Codex workshops from @kagigz and @reach_vb! See you April 8-10 in London! AI Engineers💙@OpenAIDevs !

A big thank you to the @aiDotEngineer team (@swyx, @liamcbride) for organizing a fantastic code summit in NYC. I ran a workshop on "Running Multi Agent Systems with AgentOS" and we had a packed room. The session ran for 30 to 40 minutes, followed by another hour of code and questions, plus a long conversation afterward. Incredible energy, great people, and a perfectly organized event. I’ll share the recordings when they go live.

What a great testimony from the legend @dexhorthy, founder/CEO of @humanlayer_dev! Dex is a top AIE speaker (#7 with 222k views on YT). He crushed it on stage earlier today and we think he has a good shot at beating his own record! Thanks for joining and speaking, Dex!

This was 10 years ago today in Tel Aviv. The most amazing thing working for Twitter back then, in my international role, was the people I worked with from all over the world. In this photo we are from Japan, Brazil, Scotland, France, USA, England and Israel.

ok, officially announcing the new AIE CODE summit today. back in NYC, the city so nice we're doing it twice*! CODE is the first modality to hit serious PMF after CHAT, and has become an existential battleground for all the model labs is a key tool for digital transformation across the Fortune 500 while simultaneously bringing incredible joy and productivity to individual devs. and yet: MIT claims 95% of enterprise AI pilots fail! METR says devs feel 20% faster but are actually 20% slower with AI! we will temper the enthusiasm with a healthy reality check, as there is so much work left to do. AIE CODE will bring together all the top coding agent builders on earth to meet the enterprise customers they aim to serve - a "West meets East" if you will - and be the one place to recap the explosion in AI coding tooling and models in 2025. see usual suspect confirmed speakers in below tweet, but also we have a few more unconventional voices on our wishlist. Just apply anyway! you know our track record by now! On a personal note: can't believe we've never had a dedicated coding summit before. this is something i've subconsciously been training for since i first entered the devtools industry 10 years ago! Despite covering AI coding heavily with Alessio in @latentspacepod, I still feel we have underestimated and underweighted its importance, and this will be my attempt at catching up. More updates to come next week. *to reset our NYC calendar to every Fall going forward
We're excited to announce the AI Engineer Code Summit! Read on for a bit of context; apply to attend at the link in our reply. AI coding tools and agents have redefined how we develop software. AI Engineering teams can move so fast that the message is clear: if you're not using AI code to build your software, then from the perspective of those who are using them, you're literally stuck in the past. This invite-only event brings together the top AI Engineers & AI Leaders who are actively using the latest in AI coding tools in their personal workflow and in their organizational structure. As users and innovators of frontier technologies & processes, we will connect to exchange stories, experience, and lessons with each other to drive our collective industry and profession forward. Anchoring the hallway track are talks from the top companies, AI Engineers, AI Architects, & founders/CEOs who will share their own experience, lessons, and advice for an advanced technical audience. Once again we have a "no vendor talks" policy to ensure maximum value transfer. Our stage will feature the top AI Coding builders from: - Google DeepMind - Anthropic - OpenAI - Amazon - Microsoft - Cursor - Cognition - Factory - Conductor - Augment Code - Amp Code - Cline - Goldman Sachs - McKinsey - MIT - Stanford - Cornell - & more! CFP also open until Sept 15, see link in reply. Additionally, the AI Engineer Expo will not only feature the top companies who are supplying AI Engineers with the latest tools, agents, and workflows for AI Code, but will also feature a diverse group of companies innovating in other areas. This expo will be a tour de force of productivity and innovation where the bleeding edge meets companies who have proved (or are forging!) product/market fit. Just like our February summit on "Agents at Work", this event has 2 tracks: AI Engineering (hands-on-keyboard) and AI Leadership (AI Architects, VPs, & other AI executives). These tracks are held on 2 separate days -- invitees can purchase one or both tracks. Summit is our highest-signal, invite-only event. Attendance is limited to 500 per track. Apply today at the link in the replies to connect with your industry peers and leaders to take your personal and company code to the next level.
