We can have a culture that doesn't endange the lives of those onboard , other motorists and pedestrians. Everyone should follow the law.

Assuming that climbing lane allows you to use the middle lane, but experienced users know that from Sultan onwards, sticking to the far left is the safest option. Defensive driving saves lives.

If this is accurate info, then that means that the signs on the road are throwing off drivers and if taken to court, there is a discrepancy between what the road sign speed limit shows and the actual one.
