I also feel that the CFP form should ask to clarify the license of the focused software. IIRC, FOSDEM's CFP asks this.

I don't think it'll be too long until someone launches a serverless k8s API, based on kcp or another implementation. First signs here: youtube.com/live/-XW11VJBOOM… I suspect the userbase of "Kubernetes is my control plane but not my data plane" will likely grow then
