CONGRESS | #ASCO26 | POSTER Manali Kamdar shares results from a pooled longitudinal safety analysis of patients with LBCL who received liso-cel as 2L treatment in the TRANSFORM, PILOT, and TRANSCEND NHL 001 trials (N = 420). Incidence of Grade ≥3 neutropenia was highest from Day 0–15 (87%), consistently decreased through Month 6, then remained low (≤15%). The rate of Grade ≥3 anemia was highest from Day 0–15 (29%), declined through Month 6, then remained low (≤4%). Incidence of Grade ≥3 thrombocytopenia was highest from Day 0–Month 3 (23%–35%), declined by Month 9, then remained low (≤4%). Incidence of Grade ≥3 infections remained low in all periods (2%–6% through Month 3, then 1%–2% thereafter). Follow our live feed for more updates: bit.ly/3PJhHqD Intended for HCPs only. Congratulations to Dr. @majorajay and the L-THORs Lab on publication of one of the first studies of patient-reported time toxicity, focused on the time burden of various bispecific antibody therapies in FL and DLBCL. #lymsm cc @CUHematology @CUAnschutz @CUCancerCenter
Our study on patient-reported time toxicity of BsAb in R/R FL & DLBCL: - 120 pts actively receiving BsAb tx - fixed-duration BsAb (glofi, mosun) = less healthcare contact days & ~50% less time burden (vs epco) - no difference in infusion time between IV and SQ Time-limited & less frequent BsAb dosing translates into meaningful reductions in time toxicity, both in the clinic and at home. #lymsm academic.oup.com/oncolo/adva…
