I disagree with “Eat Less, Move More” ❌ Sure, maybe if you're trying to lose weight. But for the rest of us, focus on eating as much high-quality nutritious food 🥩🥚🥒🐟🫐 Intermittent fasting & eating once or twice a day is not for everyone...unless you want more anxiety.

Many frustrations would be solved if you gave yourself 2 years to transform, instead of 2 months. Enough time to learn how to fuel your brain, get psychologically strong & grow your mind. There'd be less stress and more enjoyment. Patience 🙏
