Because I cover politically motivated cases, including the unlawful prosecutions of MP Oleksandr Dubinsky @Dubinsky_pro, former Head of the SBU Office in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea Oleh Kulinich, former Head of the SBU Office in Kharkiv Region Roman Dudin, and human rights defender Anatolii Budnyk – a coordinated network of websites, pages and Telegram channels has launched targeted attacks against me and my family. They publish my photos without consent, twist my statements and label me with slurs such as “Kremlin louse” and “traitor”. In the comments, people post threatening messages and calls for violence. This is not debate. This is political harassment and an attempt to silence a journalist who reports on corruption, abuse of power and violations of due process. These attacks violate Articles 6, 8 and 10 of the European Convention on Human Rights and create real danger for my family, including a Ukrainian military veteran. I ask @RSF_inter, @coe, @osce_rfom and other international human rights organizations to record this case, monitor it, and help safeguard journalists reporting on politically sensitive issues. “Декомунізація” як електоральний “лохотрон”? Замість того, аби запропонувати суспільству конструктивний, ефективний механізм та бачення, підкріплене базовими, достовірними розрахунками з відбудови та розвитку України, нам в картах (як у “грі в дурня”) підкидають владні шулери те, що психологічно начебто перерозподіляє роздратування й одночасно відволікає увагу на нікчемне! Безліч робочого часу, телевізійних ефірів, бюджетних коштів, паперової творчості протягом майже десятиліття витрачено сучасними комуністами / соціалістами на псевдопроєкт з “декомунізації”. Але ж він виходить половинчастий та спрямований на подальше збереження майнової власності, кабінетних крісел в інтересах 5–6 менеджерів, які вбивають генетичну пам’ять та історію України. Якщо ми зносимо архітектуру та пам’ятники 18–19 століття під гаслами боротьби з імперіалістичною спадщиною, то варто поставити питання мінімум у двох площинах. По-перше, чомусь, наприклад, Австрія чи Італія, Німеччина чи Польща не демонтували пам’ятники, палаци, архітектуру з часів Габсбургів чи Муссоліні, Кайзера чи польських фаворитів Катерини II. Боротьба з пам’ятниками – це ближче до психіатрії і тваринного світу. По-друге, якщо йти по шляху “декомунізації”, то 5–6 менеджерів з їх сатрапами й опричниками в одну мить стануть “кабінетними” безхатченками, бо самі собачої будки за життя не побудували, але користуються помпезною розкішшю: — Маріїнського палацу; — офісу Президента (побудованого, по суті, за проєктами НКВС в 1938 році); — будівлі Уряду (побудованої в 1938 році для потреб НКВС); — будівлі СБУ (побудованої коштами імперії на фундаменті знищеного Ірининського монастиря для Земельної управи, у якій темні справи творило НКВС — гестапо — КДБ); — будівлі Міністерства охорони здоров'я чи МЗС України (побудовані за кошти імператорської казни); — будівлі Києво-Могилянки та Київського (Володимирського) університету, це проєкти, що затверджувались і фінансувалися російською імператорською казною. — Чи той же пам’ятник Богдану Хмельницькому з фресками Васнецова у Володимирському соборі... Варварство, агресію, анархію, культурне знищення й грабунок національного надбання зробили пріоритетом сьогодення й орієнтирів фантасмагоричного майбутнього. Я і досі пам’ятаю, коли у високих кабінетах 5–6 менеджерів 24–28 лютого 2022 року мене і таких, як я, офіцерів закликали та вмовляли здати столицю з незахищеними мешканцями, історичною спадщиною як Серцевини України! А на питання щодо долі й перспектив збереження Державності доносили і переконували, що будемо виборювати суверенітет і незалежність у болотистих лісах Волині, гірських масивах Карпат, лісах та схронах Західної України. Саме тому, 95% СБУшників без наказу Баканова (за вказівкою Банкової) повтікали з Києва, разом з ДБРівцями, прокурорами, Нацполом, прикордонниками, залишаючи столицю напризволяще. Не вдалось тоді фізично знищити Київ, то як апологети Третього рейху, що палили бібліотеки і книжки – знищують історично-культурну спадщину створену киянами. Швондери (по Булгакову, якого, як киянина і військового лікаря УНР, теж “декомунізували”) жонглюють “Шаріковими”, аби вони ніколи не дійшли до рівня професора Преображенського. Переконаний, що в майбутньому перед наступними поколіннями буде соромно й не буде виправдань псевдодержавним менеджерам, що призвели до втрати України. The U.S. have done what they had been signaling for some time - stepping back from negotiations between Ukraine and Russia “until they are asked again.” This means until one of the sides becomes ready for meaningful compromises: either Russia accepting a settlement along the current front line, or Ukraine agreeing to withdraw its forces from Donbas. We do not know what is going on in Putin’s mind, but Zelensky’s position is much easier to read through the lobbying-style articles now circulating in the media. Their central message is that “Ukraine is regaining the initiative on the battlefield” - implying that the situation is supposedly going well enough that no compromises are necessary. This confidence is largely based on the expected arrival of a new EU loan 90 bln tranche, which would finance further mobilization efforts and provide funding to military-linked elites - particularly the drone sector - that currently form one of Zelensky’s key pillars of support. Meanwhile, the strategic window for negotiations is likely to begin closing by autumn.
