If, as Zelensky claims, Russia has stalled on the front line, then Ukraine’s next step should be a counteroffensive. That is an obvious conclusion. The only questions are: in which direction, and with what forces? Despite intensified mobilization efforts, there does not appear to be a sufficient number of infantry troops available. Therefore, a raid or operations by “volunteer corps” across the Russian border or into Belarus seem more likely. Another possible option is Transnistria. In that case, Zelensky’s aircraft being there could serve as a diversionary element, helping justify the strengthening of air defenses and the redeployment of troops in that area. #DubinskyAnalysis

The European Union is preparing new sanctions against Russia, including a measure that could become relevant for Ukraine in the future: a ban on entry into the EU for members of the Russian Armed Forces who served in the military during the war against Ukraine. Whether they actually fought or not will not matter. There is a 99% chance that, immediately after the war ends, a similar ban will be introduced for Ukrainian military personnel. The stated justification will be security concerns. The removal of legal status for Ukrainian men aged 23–60 is a precursor to such a decision. The government of Ukraine will want to put a lid on the pot, and they will do so.

Great initiative of @RepLuna This resolution will also help shed light on the events in Ukraine surrounding President Trump's 2019 impeachment. If the “Russian collusion” story was a political fabrication, then a natural question follows: who fabricated the evidence, who launched the investigations, and who weaponized intelligence agencies against political opponents. This concerns not only the United States. Zelensky and Yermak were directly involved in the Ukrainian side of the Russia hoax. Today, they are trying to hide their role in the interference surrounding the 2019 U.S. election by imprisoning people who know the truth. I know this from personal experience. In 2019, I held a press conference exposing corruption involving Poroshenko and Burisma. I was immediately labeled a “Russian asset.” Since November 2023, I have been imprisoned on politically motivated and absolutely fabricated charges built around the same narrative. In Ukraine, criminal cases against people who exposed the Biden-Burisma schemes are still ongoing. If Washington is now reviewing what happened back then, it is time to review these cases in Ukraine as well. Because this is no longer about politics. It is about real people whose lives have been destroyed by what may turn out to be one of the biggest political hoaxes in recent history.

Let’s clear: why it is important for Zelensky to try to end the war by fall, and why (apart from security guarantees for flights via Chisinau) they invited Abramovich. There are no grounds to believe that Putin sent him - Abramovich is needed to pass messages from Russia, not to Russia. First reason. The US elections. If until November Trump is at least somewhat interested in Ukraine and peace talks and helps conduct dialogue with Putin, then after the elections this topic loses interest for him in principle. Second reason. Money. Europe is currently providing only military aid, while financial support is almost nonexistent. The €8.35 billion EU credit, given to Zelensky in exchange for raising taxes on ordinary citizens, will run out by November. The next tranche comes with the condition of handing over control of the Prosecutor General’s Office and the State Bureau of Investigation, which would mean the death of his regime. Third reason. The economy. “Growth” of GDP has already gone into negative territory. Budget imbalances are growing, there is nothing left to pay military salaries. The exchange rate is falling, prices are rising. Fourth reason. Shortage of manpower. Out of the 1.1 million already reserved (under the first tranche of the EU credit), they are now “releasing” 150 thousand people. Of the remaining 900 thousand, half cannot be drafted. Someone still has to work. Those 450 thousand who remain are almost entirely various kinds of trash (up to 400 thousand). Fall 2026 is the critical deadline to end the war without sharp changes in social policy and in the functioning model of the regime. Europeans continue to insist on a position according to which security guarantees must be provided to Ukraine immediately after a ceasefire is established along the front line. One of the key elements of these guarantees is the deployment of a multinational military contingent in Ukraine. It is clear that such conditions in reality provide security guarantees not for Ukraine itself, but personally for Zelensky and his inner circle - to enable them to hold elections with a predetermined result. Moreover, these “guarantees” actually serve as a guarantee of the future resumption of the war and the involvement of the guarantor countries in it, which is precisely the goal of Zelensky’s puppet masters. This position is laid out in detail in the letter from Ukrainian political prisoners to the UN Security Council (watch video below). ! European leaders are delaying the selection of a negotiator for peace talks with Russia not because they cannot agree on a candidate. Regardless of who is chosen, negotiations with Moscow would require discussing concessions. And any such concessions would have to come at Ukraine’s expense. Even opening that discussion would immediately undermine the perception that Europe is supporting Kyiv rather than bargaining over its future. As a result, the EU is keeping its distance from the negotiation process and reverting to the position that talks should be conducted through the United States. In Washington, the possibility of concessions at Ukraine’s expense is viewed more openly and discussed more directly. Zelensky is likely to face growing pressure to engage in such discussions as well. Financial leverage is expected to be the primary tool. The EU has already significantly reduced direct financial support for Ukraine’s state budget while continuing military assistance. This has reportedly contributed to Kyiv shelving plans to raise military salaries. By limiting Zelensky’s room for maneuver, Europe appears to be waiting for signals of readiness to compromise. A widening budget deficit, coupled with the Mindich recordings and allegations of corruption involving members of Zelensky’s inner circle - as well as Zelensky himself - makes it increasingly difficult for him to deflect responsibility or shift blame elsewhere. Тотальна, мародерська корупція Корупція під час екзистенційної війни — це не просто крадіжка, це мародерство на крові. Поки звичайні люди віддають останнє на дрони та турнікети, верхівка влади та чиновники середньої ланки продовжують збагачуватися в астрономічних масштабах. 5. Розкрадання оборонних бюджетів Скандали із закупівлею продуктів для ЗСУ за завищеними цінами, мільярдні розкрадання під час будівництва фортифікаційних споруд, які в підсумку виявилися картонними, — усе це відбувається під прямим контролем або за мовчазної згоди людей із владних кабінетів. 6. Кругова порука Реальних вироків для топчиновників практично немає. Гучні звільнення обертаються лише пересаджуванням винних в інші крісла або їхнім тихим виїздом за кордон. 7. Культурний радикалізм і примусова українізація Політика у сфері культури та мови набула рис агресивної диктатури, яка розколює суспільство зсередини. 8. Боротьба з мертвими класиками Знесення пам’ятників Булгакову, Пушкіну чи перейменування вулиць — це спроба хірургічним шляхом вирізати величезний пласт власної історії та культури, в якій виросли мільйони громадян. Булгакова, який є світовим брендом Києва, влада фактично оголосила ворогом, демонструючи провінційні комплекси та інтелектуальну сліпоту. 9. Мовний терор і заборони Заборони на виконання російськомовних пісень (навіть написаних українськими авторами) та агресивне насадження мови «згори» призводять до побутового насильства. Ситуації, коли дітей або перехожих цькують на вулицях за російську мову, не лише не припиняються, а й мовчазно заохочуються державою через радикальних активістів. Влада використовує мовне питання як димову завісу, щоб відволікти людей від провалів на фронті та в економіці. 10. Згортання демократії та узурпація влади Під приводом воєнного стану в країні знищено реальну політичну конкуренцію. Вибори відмінені, президент відмовляється йти в добровільну відставку. 11. Єдиний марафон Телебачення перетворилося на суцільний орган державної пропаганди («Єдиний марафон»), який транслює виключно переможні реляції, жорстко цензуруючи будь-яку реальну критику та приховуючи масштаби втрат і проблем. 12. Знищення опозиції Будь-яке інакодумство, критика дій Офісу Президента або заклики до здорового глузду й миру негайно тавруються як «робота на ворога» та «ІПСО». Опозиційні діячі арештовані, виїхали за кордон, перебувають під санкціями. Створена ручна опозиція підконтрольна владі через СБУ. 13. Судова система повністю підпорядкована виконавчій владі. Якщо Петлюра втратив Україну через те, що не зміг упоратися з хаосом і отаманщиною, то нинішній режим ризикує втратити її через системний цинізм. Держава перетворюється на закритий авторитарний табір, де верхівка багатіє, силовики чинять свавілля, культура зачищається, а просте населення позбавлене прав і використовується як ресурс.

In Zelensky's letter to Putin, you can clearly sense someone else's hand behind the text. Zelensky merely signed a document that had been prepared for him. It was delivered to Putin alongside the strike on St. Petersburg and coincided with the visit of NATO officials to Ukraine. A separate question is whether they knew about the plan or were used as unwitting participants. The message was clear: Zelensky and NATO wanted to demonstrate to Putin that they are ready for escalation. The tone was remarkably provocative, bordering on a personal threat. Consider the phrase: "You will have to fight for your personal survival." The letter also specifically noted that the strikes were timed to coincide with the opening of the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum. From every angle, it looked like a personal insult. And that is precisely the kind of thing Putin is known not to forgive. As for the motives and objectives, this is how I see them. If the goal was to deliver a public insult that cannot be answered, it is an extremely risky strategy. Yes, one can hide in a bunker while ordinary people bear the consequences of retaliation. From Zelensky's perspective, such actions may help boost public morale and promote Europe's emerging missile capabilities. At the same time, any inability by Putin to respond to such a challenge could weaken his standing within the Russian elite. But there is another possibility. If European and British strategists ever decide that a deal with Putin is necessary, Zelensky could become an obstacle to such an arrangement. In that scenario, having him eliminated by Russia would solve the problem without requiring them to act directly. Finally, if we set aside all conspiracy theories and assume a simpler explanation - which is often the correct one - then the purpose of these actions may be to derail any potential agreements between Russia and the United States. The message would be that Washington is unable to control Ukraine, while simultaneously creating the impression that Zelensky is under European influence and direction. #DubinskyAnalysis

Zelensky's letter to Putin is also a demonstration of what he intended to tell Putin in person at the meeting he keeps asking for. Such a trailer. But the letter was written precisely to ensure that such a meeting never takes place. The strike on the St. Petersburg Economic Forum served the same purpose: escalation, not negotiation. Zelensky has no other objective. His goal is to derail talks - but not talks between Ukraine and Russia. Those do not exist and are in dead end, and will not exist until one side suffers a decisive defeat. The real target of Zelensky is negotiations between Russia and the United States. That is the process he is trying to disrupt.
