Ave person checks their phone 186x a day. That's an interruption every 5 min. This shrinks the brain, causing lost capacity for deep reasoning and sustained thought. Deep focus strengths neural networks for complex thought.

Life is known to be an ‘illusion’ not because it isn’t real, but because there’s nothing permanent in life. All comes & all goes; & thus clinging to life’s pleasures cause misery.

Driving while on your phone is worse than driving intoxicated. It slows your reaction time more.

Kids just aren’t being kids these days Bringing back the Presidential Fitness Test won’t solve this issue All it’s going to do is reveal how weak, deconditioned, and subpar the average kid’s fitness really is -No regular PE or recess anymore (huge mistake) -No all-day outdoor play (huge mistake) -Parents have zero clue about the value of daily movement because they’re failing at it themselves Kids don’t spend their days running, jumping, climbing, hanging, playing outside all day anymore They don’t get the same chance to build the fundamental physical skills or general work capacity needed for healthy growth Instead: -They’re thrown straight into year-round sports or multiple activities -They’re pushed into horrible S&C programs -They’re not given rest, free play, or movement variety Add in: -Garbage nutrition & hydration -Poor sleep & circadian rhythm -Excessive blue light -Minimal sunlight -Poor stress adaptation You’ve now got accelerated mitochondrial dysfunction/oxidative stress All this = poor development and increased injury risk and setting the stage for chronic issues before they even hit adulthood No wonder youth injury rates are through the roof This wasn’t the case a generation ago
Right now, only 15% of elementary students and 9% of middle schoolers are required to have P.E. at least 3 times a week. In many schools, P.E. class sizes balloon to 60 kids per teacher. This isn’t physical education. It’s crowd control. We’re setting kids up to disengage from movement early. And then we wonder why they struggle later.

Strong people learn from heartbreak; weak people avoid love. Strong people let go of grudges; weak people hold onto bitterness. Strong people work through setbacks; weak people give up too soon. Strong people take accountability; weak people point fingers. But remember, strong people were once weak people who doubted their strength, but tried anyway.

Powerful summary of America's chronic illness catastrophe that no other political candidate talks about.
If you only have 3 minutes to watch Tucker Carlson’s show today, this is the 3 minutes you need to see. The pharma treadmill is making everyone sick, and you won’t believe how bad it is until you see these stats: • Autism rates in kids are 1 in 36 nationally, compared to 1 in 1500 in the not-so-distant past. • In California, it's even worse: Autism rates are 1 in 22. • 74% of American adults are overweight or obese. • Close to 50% of children are overweight or obese. • 50% of American adults have prediabetes or type 2 diabetes. • 30% of teens now have prediabetes. • Infertility is increasing by 1% per year. • Sperm counts are decreasing by 1% per year since the 1970s. • Young adult cancers are up 79%. What's causing all this? It's simple: “Our TOXIC food system and our TOXIC environment.” @CaseyMeansMD explains: “The thing that people need to understand is that all of these conditions are caused or driven by the exact same thing, which is metabolic dysfunction. This core foundational issue of how our bodies on the cellular level function, which is driven by our toxic food system and our toxic environment. “These subtle, insidious forces that are creating slow progressive illness, starting now in fetal life, that allow patients to be profitable and on the pharma treadmill for their entire lives. They make us sick, but they don't kill us. And then we are drugged for life.”
